ABOUT ROB
Originally from New York State’s Hudson Valley, Rob grew up extremely involved in school, sports, and his community. Graduating with a teaching degree in Physical Education, Rob has taught and coached students from first grade through high school. Rob spent time in Wilmington as an athlete, fell in love with the area, and one day planned to create roots in Wilmington.
Upon his return to Wilmington, Rob joined one of the leading real estate companies in Southeastern North Carolina to share his love of the area with others. Rob appreciates the unique simplicity of beach life alongside the vibrancy of all downtown has to offer.
Rob had a deep interest in giving back to his community. He is partnered with the Cape Fear Realtor Board of Community affairs, a committee focused on helping resolve housing issues around our town. He recently worked with Communities in Schools at the W.I.R.E (Wilmington Youth Center for Inspiration, Recreation, and Education), a safe environment for at-risk students and their families that provides free, positive, daily after school programming. Rob is also now a member of the Board of Young Professionals which works directly with Communities in Schools and allows him to continue to give back to our youth.

GIVING BACK
We love our community and want to use our time, talent and resources to give back and invest in the place we call home. As part of the Lanier Property Group Impact Initiative each agent has chosen a non-profit to highlight and support this year. For every transaction the agent closes, Lanier Property Group Team donates $25 to their chosen charity. Many of the agents match the donation financially and donate their time to support these causes that are close to their hearts. We are proud to support our agents' interests in giving back and these unique and impactful organizations doing such good work in Wilmington and the surrounding areas.
"I have chosen Kids Making it for our LPG team give-back initiative this year. Kids Making It is a 501(c)(3) non-profit youth woodworking program that teaches valuable vocational, entrepreneurial and life skills to at-risk, low income and disadvantaged youth. Their goal for every student they serve is for them to stay in school, stay out of trouble, and transition successfully into either the workplace or college. As a former teacher, working with a very similar population of students, I know how important these community programs are and how they can positively affect our youth. The artwork the students create is stunning and my clients love receiving them as closing gifts!"
