Drumroll please...Pine Valley is no longer in the #1 spot for Midtown's hottest neighborhood. For the month of September, Georgetowne ranks #1. This lovely neighborhood is sought after for it's executive homes, location to the hospital and community amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse and  tennis.

Breezewood Condos & Merestone Townhomes

These are great properties to scoop up for those with budgets under $150,000, and we are seeing prices here go up by the thousands! Many people do not know about the Starbucks effect made famous by Zillow. This is worth noting if you live near The Pointe at Barclay or you are looking for an investment property. Remember how values skyrocketed in the Windemere area after Mayfaire was finished?
