| We focus our efforts on maximizing
real estate value by creating livable communities with
an emphasis on residential and mixed use developments.
Whether acting as consultants, or as a principal, we are
experienced and proven in all aspects of bringing those
communities to life, from the acquisition, to creating
a plan that maximizes the potential of the site, to acquiring
all the necessary rights and entitlements, through the
construction of facilities and infrastructure, through
the creation of appropriate covenants and associations,
all the way to the marketing and sales. |

late 1990’s until April 2007. A veteran of the
real estate industry with more than 25 years experience,
he has been involved in the development and construction
of both retail and residential projects in the Southeastern

acquired the knowledge and experience to create desirable,
economically viable projects, as evidenced by the accolades
and sales records of his prior and ongoing projects.
Odom has proven to be a successful specialist in the
creation and management of sought after, mixed use communities,
bringing together a mix of residential styles and price
points within livable, amenitized neighborhoods.
